We aim to please

We aim to please at Bound2Tease and do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. We provide discreet delivery in boring recycled brown boxes so nobody knows what's inside, and are happy to gift wrap inside if requested. Our violet wands are guaranteed for one year, on a return to base basis, from the date of purchase, i.e. in the unlikely event you have a problem with your purchase, you return it to us for repair. Common with all refurbished and manufactured items, correct voltage output should be selected for use, and the mechanics not forced or tampered with in anyway, otherwise the guarantee will no longer be valid.
 

We promise to treat our customers as we ourselves expect to be treated. This means we do exactly what we promise, and yes, it is safe to shop with us online using your credit card or debit card. We do not disclose this information to anyone and when you click "pay" your online credit or debit card is processed securely by PayPal. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about secure shopping with us, just contact us. Should you prefer to pay by UK cheque, UK postal order, cash or BACS transfer - simply select this option when you get to checkout and once your payment is received we will post your order straight to you.

Please take a few minutes to read this updates, which will enable you to make choices about some of our specific data settings.Here's what we'll ask you to review:If you have added personal data to a profile on our website, this will be stored on our encrypted website using our ecommerce platform Magento, and this is saved on a server host via our cloud partner FastComet. This data is not shared with anyone. We changed to ensure better security. Only we utilise this information , and this is kept for 14 months purely to communicate with you in respect of any order you have placed to fulfil the obligations of our guarantee.If you came to our website following a link from social media like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Google+ or LinkedIn or Flickr, these platforms may track that you have done so and may show you similar adverts unless you change your data settings with them. If you connect and follow us on any of these platforms, you may read about our products and see photographs. We do not share whether you bought an item, so the number of ads may not be as relevant. We use demographic data from these partners to enable us to develop, personalise and improve our marketing on these platforms and this data enables us to measure and review our website analytic performance. We do not and will not use any face recognition software. We use Google Analytics to collect data about our traffic for display and search marketing and includes features like audience demographics and interests. This data will be retained for a period of 14 months, and is data that you send that is associated with cookies, user identifiers or advertising identifiers. These controls do not affect most standard reporting, which is based on aggregated data. We have not enabled any data collection for remarketing. We will never send marketing texts or emails to individuals without their specific prior consent. We will also never utilise, buy or sell any data for marketing lists, nor do we outsource any aspect of our business, because we ourselves do not like unsolicited direct marketing, and have always believed in treating our customers as we ourselves expect to be treated. Before our website redesign in 2017 we did give individuals the opportunity to opt into receiving information from us, however we have deleted all this information as we currently have no plans to start direct marketing and will only ever send an email or text to individuals who specifically consented to receiving them. We acknowledge that we may decide to change in the future and start up a newsletter, but should we do this, we would then give customers the option to opt in or out. If we have had an enquiry received by telephone or email we may make a follow up call but this will have our contact number clearly displayed. We have always endeavoured to be transparent, approachable and our contact details are clearly available. As a small business, our integrity is as important as our identity and this is because we have always believed in transparency.

Shipping & Delivery

We want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible and normally will endeavour to process orders the same day... we will send an email with tracking number to confirm shipping.

UK parcels are sent via Parcelforce 48 or UPS - these services are trackable, fully insured and take between 3 - 5 days.

Worldwide, parcels are sent via courier - this is trackable, takes around 5 days, and is fully insured. To obtain an accurate estimate of shipping, simply add to cart then select your country, add your postcode or zip to the zip field - select the best way and update the total. We charge no hidden extras. Plain packaging is guaranteed. We take the utmost care packaging your wand, and recommend you allow at least half an hour to unpack. In the unlikely event an electrode breaks in transit, get in touch and we'll send it's replacement.Within the UK, orders are sent via ParcelForce, while International Shipping Orders are sent via courier, so if placed late in a day will cause a delay, especially on Friday or on Saturday as these will not be processed until Monday. We recommend you supply a telephone contact number as this can help with delivery. Polite note: please remember we have stated that between 16th October and 28th we will not be able to process your order until 29th October

 

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your order from Bound2Tease, but if for any reason you should decide not to keep it, our returns policy makes it easy for you to send it back to us. 
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase, and goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Contact us to obtain a returns reference and remember to include your name, address and order number with the goods, plus the reason for returning them and obtain proof of posting. We will refund the original cost of your order. We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back, so it is to your advantage that a tracking service is used. In the unlikely event an electrode breaks in transit, get in touch and we'll send it's replacement.

Payment

To pay, simply follow the easy online instructions. Please note the price listed in our catalogue excludes shipping - we ship worldwide, so, to find out the shipping costs, you will need to add an item to the shopping cart, view cart, choose your country, add zip (post code) select estimate, then add shipping and update total.Should you like to pay via bank transfer, please contact us.

Ordering

Simply select your item(s) go to your cart and choose your payment method. Follow the easy instructions. Please note credit card payments are processed securely by PayPal. Once you have paid the status of your order changes, and you will be able to tell whether your item has been posted. We promise to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment and will send you an email to confirm dispatch.Our violet wands are vintage items, all unique - wholly rebuilt, refurbished and in most cases relined and recovered too - when it's gone, it's gone. So, if you are browsing and see something you like, our advice is to buy it. You can also purchase additional electrodes along with your violet wand.
