For your consideration, we present an early 20th Century Vintage Vitalis Violet Wand which benefits from a complete top to bottom rebuild, both inside and out. A great little machine and it was such a shame the original fascia was damaged - hence the discount.

This classic violet wand machine has been lovingly restored in the UK to it's original performance for you by Bound2tease. Produced in France in the late 1940's, this Vitalis is a compact device, superbly designed for transportation.

Eminently reliable, and now of a higher build quality, as modern replacement components are used throughout. This Vitalis violet wand machine is one of a number of machines noted for having a high output (the photographs show what lesser devices cannot do). Potted hand-piece.

Output is regulated by a potentiometer. We recommend potentiometer controlled devices like this machine, as they provide smooth even output transmission, which is vastly superior to almost all thumb-wheel and frequency controlled devices, making for a better end user experience.

Controls

To the top of the fascia, a large dial - this controls output by way of a potentiometer - surrounding the potentiometer is a useful treatment guide. To the left studs to connect wand hand-piece.  Bottom of fascia, red voltage selection sockets - clearly marked 110-120 volts, or 220-240 volts. Please note, one front corner of the fascia was chipped  - this has been neatly repaired (see photos).  
IMPORTANT:  the leads need connecting to the control unit before connecting the machine to the power outlet.

To Operate

Ready to use, the control unit is built into the case. To operate, first connect wand hand-piece to the studs and the power lead to the red sockets, making sure you select the appropriately marked voltage to match your region. To operate simply connect to the mains power outlet, now you are ready to commence treatment by selecting your treatment electrode and inserting this into the hand-piece. Now start the machine running to your desired output by turning the potentiometer dial clockwise.

Voltage

This device operates on either 110 - 120 volts (USA, North America, Canada, Japan, Brazil), or on 220-240 volts (UK, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, mainland Europe, Australia).  Customers with 110-120 volts mains outlets may find it advantageous using a small step up voltage converter to get the best out of this violet ray device.

Electrodes

You will find 4 essential treatment electrode attachments, seated on a new purple velvet lining, are included in this violet wand set. All electrodes are guaranteed as fully functional.

3. fulgurator electrode(metal-tipped this one burns - is used to cauterize warts or verrucas - also used in fireplay
