This Watson violet wand machine is a very early version of the IFAS machine and was produced in England in same factory in the late 1930's. It is one of a number of machines noted for having a high output (the photographs show what lesser devices cannot do).

Controls

Left hand dial selects mains voltage with an off position (to the left).

Right hand dial regulates output.

Operation

This machine is ready to plug and use - simply connect to the power supply, ensuring the left hand dial is in the off position. First, insert your electrode into the handpiece.  Next adjust left hand dial to match your mains voltage (toward you for use in UK on 220 volts) - this will start the machine running. Now adjust the intensity, from weak to strong, using the right-hand dial - giving you the widest range of output at your fingertips, from a gentle whisper to something powerful.  A hugely popular device due to the simplicity of it's use and exceptional range of output.

Voltage

Operates on either 110-125 volts (USA, North America, Canada, Japan, Brazil), or 200/250 volts (UK, Australia, South Africa and mainland Europe). [Customers with 110 -120 volts mains outlets may find it advantageous using a small step up voltage converter to get the best out of this device.]
